HEREFORD United have captured the signature of Southend United midfielder Ben Smith, according to reports.


The twenty three year old ex-Yeovil Town midfielder
has joined on a one year contract, and is the Bulls' first pre-season
signing. He started out as a schoolboy with Arsenal and also had a spell

Regionalisation set to return?A report on the Nationwide website says that Division Two and Three clubs are being urged to consider regionalisation by the latest financial report into the state of English football.
