Wage caps to be implemented?The Non-League paper claims that the Conference is ready to impose a wage cap on players, as reported by confguide.com. Bizarrely, given the number of Conference clubs gone bust in recent years (none) compared to the number in the league (none, but about to be loads if you believe them), the paper claims that the FA is concerned about financial probity of Conference
