GOMWE DENIED BAIL

Zanu PF Harare youth chairperson, Godwin Gomwe has today been denied bail and remanded in custody until June 17. He is accused of using First Lady Grace Mugabe's name to extort money from housing co-operatives. Gomwe and six others extorted some $46 000 from the co-operatives. He tried to kill himself when cops closed in.
